Workshop Emotional intelligence mayo-2026

Workshop — «Emotional intelligence» at the Josefina de La Torre Municipal Public Library, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The workshop aims to foster self-knowledge, emotional management, and improved relationships. Participants will learn to manage stress, communicate effectively, and make balanced decisions using practical tools applicable to daily life. Astrology will be used as a symbolic tool for self-knowledge, helping to understand emotional patterns through the interpretation of the birth chart from an astro-psychological approach. Led by: Gema Juan Bernabeu and Antonia Sempere García. The workshop will take place every Thursday until the end of May. Availability: spaces/capacity until full. For ages 18 and over.
